HELPFUL HINTS

• Most groups book Saturday afternoon and Sunday mornings.  If these are the times you prefer, please book as soon as possible.
• If you are going to need any rental equipment, call us with sizes and quantities when booking your trips.
• Be at Panama City Dive Center ONE HOUR before the trip is scheduled to leave in order to pick up your equipment and boarding pass.
• In order to avoid delays, please have your group as soon as they arrive back in Panama City, bring in any tanks that will need to be filled.
• To ensure availability, please make the hotel and dive trip reservations on the same day.
• The majority of our dive groups tend to book the last two weekends of the month.  If these are the weekends you typically need, please book as soon as possible.  To avoid this conflict, you may want to consider scheduling your classes so that your training dives fall on the first weekends of the month.
• Collect deposits from your group as soon as possible and set a cancellation policy of no later than two weeks prior to trip.  This will make planning and organization easier for you, the motel and us.
